The plugin isn't in the Chrome Web Store yet. Once the listing is live, an Add to Chrome button appears right here. You then set up your account inside the plugin.

Store listings for the Chrome Web Store and Edge Add-ons follow at launch. Firefox is supported too, with a Firefox Add-ons listing at launch.

Desktop app (coming soon)

Works with Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or webmail. No plugin, no installer. It can also protect everything you send automatically.

How to install

Windows

  1. Open the downloaded file.
  2. If Windows warns, click More info.
  3. Click Run anyway.

macOS

  1. Drag ProtectMyMail to Applications.
  2. Open it.
  3. Allow it under System Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Open Anyway.

Linux

  1. Make it executable (chmod +x).
  2. Run it.
  3. Confirm the first launch if asked.

Not code-signed yet, so your system asks you to confirm the first time. The step-by-step guide above shows exactly which button to click.
