Yes. A gateway bridges to ordinary email. Outgoing mail leaves signed (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) so it doesn't land in spam; incoming ordinary mail is checked and labelled honestly.
Scan is coming soon. When it launches, it will inspect incoming attachments for malware and check links against known phishing, then flag anything suspicious (it is never silently deleted). No scanner blocks every threat, and we will say so plainly.
